Standard sweeps cover most plants, but older man coolers, imported fans, and modified guards often need a custom RC Fan Safety Net Cover.
When custom is required
- Sweep is outside 16″–36″ standards
- Guard depth or arm geometry is unusual
- Damaged rings change the seating diameter
- You need a special colour or dual-side set
Measurements to share
Send outer diameter of the guard, depth from front ring to yoke, photos of the arm, and brand/model if available. A short video of the fan head helps the production team.
Same safety specs
Custom covers still use virgin HDPE, flame-retardant UV-stabilised mesh, reinforced border, and Velcro closing — only the geometry changes.
Lead time
Expect a short sampling or first-lot window after drawing approval. Plan plant shutdowns accordingly so covers arrive before the install window.
